What is the shipping cost?

We have ensured that shipping fees remain as low as possible for deliveries within Attica and across Greece, ranging from €3 to €5 depending on the item and destination. For shipments to Cyprus, the shipping fee is €15.


When will my order be delivered?

Delivery time depends on when the Seller dispatches your item. From that date, please allow 2–3 working days for delivery to your address. If the item is shipped from a StyleCycle supplier abroad, the total delivery time may reach up to 10 working days. In all cases, we will keep you informed on the status of your shipment, sending you the tracking number to follow it.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

Full Refund Guarantee

StyleCycle guarantees the quality of every item listed on our platform. If a product does not match its description or photos and the discrepancy is confirmed, you may return it and the sale will be cancelled. Sellers are rated by buyers, which encourages accurate listings and reliable shipping.

StyleCycle guarantees a full refund upon return of a product.

Purchases from StyleCycle.gr

If you identify a defect upon delivery:

You must:

  • Contact us at info@stylecycle.gr within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Send at least 3 photos clearly showing the defect
  • Provide a clear and specific description of the issue

Vague or unsupported claims will not be accepted.

If the defect is confirmed:

  • Your return will be approved
  • You will be asked to ship the product via our partner courier
  • We will provide the seller’s return address

After shipping:

  • Send us the tracking number at info@stylecycle.gr
  • Your full refund will be processed within 5 days

If your request is submitted after 48 hours:

  • StyleCycle may assist in finding a mutual solution
  • However, this does not replace any formal legal process

Returns are accepted:

  • Only through the process described above
  • Only for the reasons stated (defect or mismatch)



For products purchased from:

  • Physical stores
    • Showroom: Skoufa 30, Kolonaki
    • Flagship Boutique: Laodikis 30, Glyfada
  • Or directly from StyleCycle.gr (when StyleCycle appears as the seller)

You have the right to return within 14 days.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • With the purchase tag attached

Return Costs

Returns are free for buyers.

  • We provide a prepaid shipping label
  • We coordinate the return shipment with you
